Who should use the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt?

When should I use the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt?
The KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt can be used as a precaution or when you feel pain. When you first use the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt, you may feel a warm tingling sensation in the spine and other parts of the body, or a slight twitch in the area where the spine is blocked.

What should I be aware of when wearing the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt?
· Please make sure not to fasten the back belt too firmly (you should still feel comfortable and relaxed). The KOSMODISK ACTIVE sports belt should not be used as a back brace.
· Choose the right size M (25”-31”), L (31”-39”), XL (39”-47”) or XXL (47"-59")
· Occasionally unfasten the belt so the body does not become too dependent on the support.
· If you wish to wear the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt while sleeping, we recommend using the additional elastic straps.
You mention wearing for 3 hrs a day, can I wear it for longer?
How do I use the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt?
Always use the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt with the ribbed part of Kosmodisk turned towards your body. It can be worn directly against the skin or placed over your underwear or light weight clothing. Before applying Kosmodisk, please make sure it is not damaged.
Wrap the KOSMODISK ACTIVE sports belt around your hip making sure it fits comfortably and fasten in the front. Place the narrower part of the Kosmodisk to the top. Please ensure you do not to fasten the belt too tightly.
How long will it work for?
The KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt will work as long as its shape remains undamaged. Please look after your Kosmodisk and it will give you years of comfort and relief. Do not wash the ribs in a washing machine. To clean the Kosmodisk, please use soap and a soft brush or cloth.
****Please note that the cover is not guaranteed for life, it will need replacing at some point, dependant on the amount of wear the product receives and how many time it is washed****

Cleaning and maintaining the device?
The belt is made of 54 % polyamide, 18 % cotton and 28 % spandex. It is machine washable at 40ºC. Please make sure you close the belt, remove the sliders and the lumbar Kosmodisk prior to washing. Shrinking: up to –2 % in length, up to –5 % in width. Wasing information is also stated on the label of the belt.
The lumbar part of Kosmodisk is made of medical PVC granulate. We recommend that is be cleaned after repeated use with warm water and a soft brush. Only use biodegradable detergents. Do not machine wash the Kosmodisk.
What if I am not satisfied with the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt?
If you are not satisfied with the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt you can return it within 30 days of purchase and you will receive a full refund. There is no risk. The only thing you have to lose is your pain.
