Which delivery methods do you use?

At present we use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free delivery on all orders.

What happens once I have placed my order?

You will receive a confirmation email to say we have received your order, and then a follow up email to let you know that your order has been despatched.

How long should my item take to arrive?

We aim to despatch all products ordered before 3pm, the same day Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated. In reality, most orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day although this cannot be guaranteed. Very occasionally we may have run out of stock and not had a chance to update the website, so if it is urgent please call us on 0845 200 1321

Royal Mail First Class is usually 1-2 days, sometimes longer, although Royal Mail say up to 2 weeks is possible.

What if I am not at home when the item is delivered?

You should receive a card through your door with contact details to your local sorting office.   

Will I need to sign on delivery?

Unless you have specifically asked us for a special delivery then no signature is required.  However due to the nature of the products we sell, they will generally not fit through your letterbox. If no-one is home when the delivery is attempted, then a card will be left for you.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently only deliver to the UK, but we are looking to expand our customer base to include Europe and worldwide.  Sign up for our newsletter here to receive updates about the business and products.

Do you have a high street store?

To keep our costs to a minimum, we only operate online at the moment.

Can I have a brochure or newsletter?

Of course. Please complete your email details in the newsletter signup box above, to receive our online newsletter and brochures.

How do I know my card details are safe when shopping online with KOSMODISK® UK?

At KOSMODISK® UK we have partnered with SagePay, one of the UK's leading payment providers.  We have absolutely no access to your card details as these are protected by SagePay. Sagepay are level 1 PCIDSS compliant.

We also use a server certificate (also known as a digital certificate) to assure you of our identity and secure sockets layer (SSL) to encrypt data transmissions of any sensitive data.

The security measures described above are just a part of the measures and procedures we use to ensure that your information is kept 100% safe and secure.

What is the KOSMODISK® product warranty?

We guarantee all products with the KosmodiskSystem™ of ribs for life, providing the shape remains undamaged. Please bear in mind that straps, belts and covers will need replacing and these are available by calling 0845 200 1321
