Ankle pain is often due to a twist which causes tiny tears in the ligaments. The tearing can lead to swelling and bruising, making it difficult to bear weight on the joint. Once an ankle is sprained, the injury may take a few weeks to many months, to fully heal.

The KOSMODISK SUPPORT Ankle Support provides effective and adjustable support to your ankle. It is made of a three layered material, which is breathable and pleasant on the skin. Lightweight and comfortable for all-day use. Ideal for mild sprains and strains.

* The Ankle Support is made of a breathable, strong and body heat retaining material that is comfortable to wear. This material is also X-Stretch - stretchable in all directions. It has three layers: Black Velur, POLYURETHANE foam and Black Lycra.

The Ankle Support should be placed with the smooth part of the material inwards. Put the heel in the hole. Roll the strap from the outside of the foot over the instep.

Continue to roll the strap under the foot and cross-shape it over the instep. Lastly, wrap around the Achilles Tendon and fasten it with the rough Velcro part.

It should feel comfortable when worn but still offer good support and compression to the knee and surrounding area, allowing full natural freedom of movement.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

The KOSMODISK® SUPPORT products are machine washable at 30°C. It is recommended to fasten the straps with Velcro part prior washing. Do not tumble dry, dry flat and out of the sun. Store in cool and dry place.
